Want to let G4 know how you really feel about what they've done to the channel and The Screen Savers?
1 - BOYCOTT CIRCUIT CITY this holiday season. Write Circuit City a nice long letter. They've been a huge sponsor for several quarters. Be nice, but be firm, that you don't want to support their sponsorship of this eroding network. Don't buy a single AAA battery, until their commercials and web banner disappears. Make sure you CC Charter. Believe me, the heads of G4 won't want to look bad.

2 - WRITE YOUR SATELLITE OR CABLE SUBSCRIBER and complain. The revenue that comes from your monthly cable bill means a whole heck of a lot to G4. Every couple of years, every channel has to renegotiate how much money that's going to be; if the satellite company has a stack of complaints -- ongoing complaints that keep rolling in -- this will hurt the negotiating posture of G4. This will hurt.
3 - If things don't get better, WRITE AND ASK TO HAVE THE CHANNEL REMOVED FROM YOUR PROGRAMMING PACKAGE. Heck, you can always add it back later. TSS is available on peer-to-peer, anyway. Just get it some other way. Chances are, there's no way to remove the station, but just making that threat will really undermines G4.
I can't fathom what these people at G4 think they're doing. They had a loyal growing fanbase one of the sweetest demographics for advertisers, and they pissed on it. Their original programming is so bad, I can't think of one show I can halfway recommend. Do they even do focus groups. What losers, these G4 Programmers and Executives are -- this is proof of the Peter Principle in action.
Here are a few Charter Corporate contacts. Let them know every action you and your friends are taking.
